Scott D. Walker, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and founder of Walker Financial Advisors, Inc., has been successfully providing sound financial advice and superior service to his many clients since 1985. Today, the firm is managing assets exceeding
$50 million and through consistent effort and a reputation for outstanding service has built a solid base of satisfied clients.
To share his knowledge and expertise with others, Scott has conducted numerous seminars on investing and how to choose a financial advisor. Being active in the community, he is a member of the Rotary Club of Mission Viejo. In his leisure time, Scott enjoys golfing, jogging, and family time with his son, Gregory. Scott's career focus is on investment management and retirement planning for his clientele of retirees, successful professionals, business owners, and high net-worth individuals. His interest in the financial service industry comes to him naturally, having grown up in a banking family in Nebraska. Graduating from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Scott received a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and economics. Scott is a past President of the Orange County Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners.
Warren joined Walker Financial Advisors in February, 1998, and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in 2001. His previous industry experience included employment with American Express Financial Advisors and Baraban Securities.
Lisa Leahy joined Walker Financial Advisors in Febuary, 1992, as an administrative assistant for Scott Walker. She came to Walker Financial with a strong administrative background, including eleven years of work in Long Island, New York; completion of two years at Nassau Community College; and graduating from Katharine Gibbs Business School in Huntington, New York. She moved to Southern California in 1984, where she continued to gain administrative experience, working first for Hewlett Packard, and later for Bally's Life Fitness.
