Scott D. Walker is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner and the founder of Walker Financial Advisors, Inc.  Scott was raised in a banking family in Kearney, Nebraska, and had the good fortune to work in the bank during his high school years.  Scott went on to graduate from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 1980, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in finance and economics. 

Following graduation, he moved to Orange County and was accepted into the management training program with Security Pacific National Bank (which was later acquired by Bank of America).  In 1985, Scott transitioned into the financial advisory business.  In 1986, he earned the CFP designation and founded Walker Financial, as a registered investment advisor with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. 

Scott, and his associate Warren Isenberg, CFP have worked together for eleven years and currently manage over $60 million for 130 clients.   

Scott is past President of the Orange County Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, and is currently serving as President of the Mission Viejo Rotary Club.  He and his family have resided in San Clemente since 1985. 

Warren Isenberg joined Walker Financial Advisors in February 1998. He serves as Vice President and provides asset allocation and investment advice to clients. He is responsible for all investment decisions jointly with Scott Walker.

Warren is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California—Irvine in 1989. He has previous industry experience with American Express Financial Advisors and Baraban Securities as a financial planner.

Warren is a resident of Encinitas, CA with his wife Michelle and sons Owen and Everett. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, basketball, and spending time with his family.

Lisa Leahy Lisa Leahy joined Walker Financial Advisors in February 1992, as an administrative assistant for Scott Walker. She came to the firm with a strong administrative background.

After completing two years of community college at Nassau Community College, she went on to graduate from Katharine Gibbs Business School in Huntington, New York. Lisa held administrative assistant positions with Georgia Pacific and EDS Consulting on Long Island, New York.

She moved to Southern California in 1984 where she continued her administrative career working first for Hewlett Packard in Los Angeles and then after moving to Orange County in 1987, she worked for the president of Ballys Life Fitness.

Lisa is responsible for all administrative matters for our clients, as well as serving as the office manager.

Lisa resides in Laguna Niguel with her husband and daughter.
