I. Private Client Managed Accounts – This is an individualized asset management service where we design, implement, and manage client brokerage and retirement accounts.  The first step is getting to know each client where we seek to identify goals and objectives, past investment experience, risk tolerance level, and overall financial position by reviewing existing holdings, cash flows, and tax position.  Following this analysis we recommend an appropriate asset allocation along with specific investments.  Portfolios are individually designed and customized to meet each client’s needs.  Existing holdings are analyzed in the design process and are not automatically sold.  Initial recommendations are discussed with the client and agreed upon prior to any action being taken.  A written investment policy statement is completed specifying allocation guidelines (i.e. maximum % to equity investments) and noting any client imposed constraints.

We specialize in IRA’s, retirement plan rollovers, and trust accounts. We purchase only liquid marketable securities like individual stocks and bonds, exchange-traded funds (ETF’s), and no-load mutual funds. All client accounts are registered under the client name and held at Schwab Institutional, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.

Our management fees are based on an annual percentage of assets managed and are calculated and paid quarterly in advance.  We accept no securities commissions and endeavor to minimize client investment costs. The annual fee for new accounts is as follows:
First $500,000 -     1.00%
Next $500,000 -     0.75%
Next $4,000,000 -     0.50%
Over $5,000,000 -     0.25%

Accounts are subject to a minimum fee of $750/quarter, and the minimum relationship size under this agreement is $300,000.  Accounts are aggregated per household to qualify for fee discounts.  Under special circumstances, fees are negotiable.  Management fees may be tax deductible.  For qualified prospective clients we offer a 30 minute free initial consultation.

II. Financial Advice – For those not meeting our minimum account size for asset management, or those who desire advice on a one-time or standalone basis, we offer this agreement under a flat fee or hourly arrangement.  Our hourly rates for consulting are $200 per hour for Warren Isenberg, and $250 per hour for Scott Walker.  Specialty plans address a specific issue in the areas of investment management, tax planning, retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and risk management (insurance analysis).  The fee range for specialty plans is $1,000 - $5,000.  The fee range for comprehensive financial planning is $5,000 - $10,000.
